Vintage 2010 - Bottled in March 2025
Produced in the commune of Jouvigny-sous-Andaine.
This pear brandy was distilled in a column still and made exclusively from perry pears.

Tasting notes:
Aromas of ripe pear and nougat.
The palate is refined and elegant.
A finish reminiscent of pear skin.
